Risolu Real Estate will open “Suite Villa Atami Villa Soumeian” (2-15-25, Mizuguchi-cho, Atami, Shizuoka) on April 5.
This rental villa is a fully renovated 70-year-old traditional minka (private house) that had been vacant for some time. The tasteful wooden house with a tiled roof is said to have a new and nostalgic atmosphere in a Japanese-style space that is typical of old private houses.
The facility comes with an open-air hot spring bath made of Japanese cypress (with free-flowing hot-spring water), allowing guests to enjoy a private and open space.
In the garden, guests can enjoy the spectacular view of Atami during each of the four seasons. The maximum number of guests is four, which is suitable for small groups, so couples and married couples can spend their private time together.
