JALUX is commemorating the 70th anniversary of JAL’s international flight service by offering originally designed Imabari towels and items in collaboration with familia.
New this time, FEILER will introduce items with original collaborative designs. The “San Francisco Trip” handkerchief will go on sale on May 15, and the “Have a Nice Trip” handkerchief, pouch, and hand purse on May 22.
The design features the shadow of the “City of Tokyo,” the first DC-6B aircraft introduced in preparation for the opening of scheduled international flights, and motifs of Hawaii, the stopover point, and San Francisco, the arrival point, and the handkerchief hems will be available in two colors each.
The “SAN FRANCISCO TRIP” design will be delivered in an original box with the JAL logo as a commemorative item. The “Have a Nice Trip” design includes a handkerchief, a convenient pouch for storing small items, and a hand-tied drawstring pouch large enough to hold a smartphone.
The original handkerchiefs “San Francisco Trip” (red and navy) are priced at 3,300 yen each, the original “Have A Nice Trip” (apricot and white) at 2,750 yen each, the original pouch at 6,050 yen, and the original drawstring pouch with hands at 11,000 yen.
