Fuji Motorsports Forest, Fuji Speedway, and Recamp will open the world’s first Grade 1 Circuit Inside Area permanent campground, RECAMP Fuji Speedway (694 Nakahinata, Oyama-cho, Sunto-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture) in the fall.
It is a new facility for the Fuji Motorsports Forest Project promoted by the Toyota Group and a new base for RECAMP, which operates campgrounds at 20 locations in Japan.
It is located adjacent to the 100R high-speed corner of the Fuji Speedway racing course, where you can directly experience the feeling of speed, and is easily accessible to tourist attractions: approximately 20 minutes from Lake Yamanaka, approximately 30 minutes from the fifth station of the Susubara Exit of Mt. Fuji, and 20 minutes from Gotemba Premium Outlets.
The accommodation facilities, consisting of 36 sites in total, are suitable for both beginners and advanced campers, including auto-camping sites with a power supply as well as sites with a dog run for you and your dog to enjoy together.
The Airstream, a 1970 vintage trailer, will be fully renovated and equipped with a viewing deck and outdoor dining area. The site will also include a trailer house with hotel-like facilities and a log trailer with a terrace overlooking the course.
