The Nanki-Shirahama Marriott Hotel (2428 Shirahama-cho, Nishimuro-gun, Wakayama Prefecture) will hold “HANABI Night Terrace 2024,” an event limited to hotel guests who can enjoy watching fireworks with evening high tea. The event will be held on Saturdays and Sundays from July 20 to August 25 at the open terrace on the hotel’s fourth floor.
In Shirahama during the same period, the “Nanki Shirahama Onsen 2024 Year Message Fireworks” will be held on Saturday, the “SHIRAHAMA2024 Fireworks Rally” on Sunday, and the “2024 Nanki Shirahama Fireworks Festa” with approximately 2,500 fireworks on August 10.
The “Local Peach Night” evening high tea served on the open terrace will feature “Arakawa peaches,” a Wakayama Prefecture brand peach, in everything from savory dishes to desserts. Draft beer, Wakayama Prefecture’s ume (plum) wine, and soft drinks will be served free-flowing, and a loco moco plate will be available as a children’s menu.
