Jumbo Ferry is offering an “8:15 Trial Boarding” to win a pair of round-trip tickets for the Kobe-Shodoshima route on weekdays to commemorate the July 1 revision of the Kobe-Shodoshima and Takamatsu route timetables.
The second bus from Kobe on weekdays used to depart at 6:00 a.m., but will now depart at 8:15 a.m. on both weekdays and weekends, and the connecting bus schedule will be changed accordingly.
The “8:15 Trial Boarding” is open to residents of Osaka, Kyoto, Shiga, Nara, Hyogo, and Wakayama. Three pairs from each prefecture, up to 36 pairs (72 people) in total, will be selected by drawing for a pair of round-trip tickets for the weekday morning service from Kobe to Shodoshima. The seats are comfort reclining (premier) seats. The boarding date will be any weekday in July or August.
Applications can be submitted through the official website until June 20 for those wishing to board in July and July 20 for those wishing to board in August.
