The Hozugawa Citizens’ Fireworks Festival Executive Committee will start pre-sale of special spectator tickets for the 73rd Kameoka Peace Festival Hozugawa Citizens’ Fireworks Festival to be held on August 11, starting at 10:00 a.m. on June 1.
10,000 fireworks will be launched on the banks of the Hozu River (upstream of the Hozu Bridge) that flows through Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. Visitors can also enjoy a super-large fireworks display (a 2-shaku ball), rarely seen in the Kansai region, a music collaboration by Momoiro Clover Z, a drone show, and other attractions.
All seats are charged for the tournament, with premium seats costing 6,500 yen (3,000 yen for Kameoka citizens) and standing area 3,000 yen (1,000 yen for Kameoka citizens).
Special spectator tickets are available for reclining seats in a special area that is closer to the launch site than any other spectator venue and allows visitors to experience the power of the big ring opening almost directly above them, as well as a plan that includes parking.
In response to the desire to avoid crowds and enjoy the fireworks in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, various ticket plans are available, including stadium VIP seats with access to the VIP lounge at the Sanga Stadium by KYOCERA in front of JR Kameoka Station, and a plan to watch the fireworks while camping out on the stadium pitch. Various ticket types are available, including stadium VIP seats with VIP lounge access at “Sanga Stadium by KYOCERA” in front of JR Kameoka Station.
General sales are scheduled for early July through August 10.
