Hilton Kyoto” opens in Kawaramachi Sanjo on September 12. Total of 313 rooms including suites and a rooftop bar.

Hilton Kyoto (416 Shimomaruya-cho, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto-shi, Kyoto) began accepting room reservations on its official website on June 4 in preparation for its September 12 opening.

Located in Kawaramachi Sanjo, a central area of Kyoto where long-established restaurants and many other stores are crowded with tourists and local residents, the hotel has a total of 313 guest rooms in six types and five categories on the 2nd through 9th floors.

Standard rooms of approximately 40m2 are equipped with a large 55-inch TV, working desk, and Wi-Fi. Ten suites and 28 pairs of connecting rooms are available.

The 9th floor is equipped with an executive lounge, which is available to guests staying in executive rooms or suites, and provides services such as check-in and check-out, breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.

In addition, there are four other food and beverage facilities: an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby café and bar, and a rooftop bar. The hotel also features a spa, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and banquet and meeting rooms.

This is the first Hilton Hotels & Resorts hotel in Kyoto, and the concept is “Kyoto SYNAPSE,” which connects guests with the attractions of Kyoto. The interior design is based on the theme of “ORIMONO (textile).
