Call for Participants for Japan-Mongolia Business Forum August 19, 2024 | News & Media

The annual “Japan-Mongolia Business Forum 2024” will be held on Monday, August 19, from 9:00 to 18:00 at the Convention Hall of the (planned) Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia!

The Japan-Mongolia Business Forum, now in its third year, is the largest business forum between Japan and Mongolia held in Mongolia, with approximately 150 participants from Japan and 400 from Mongolia each year (Japan-Mongolia Business Forum 2023 report).

This year’s theme is “Diversification of Mongolia’s Economic Industry.

Representatives from the private sector and government agencies will discuss and present on the current status and potential of business between Japan and Mongolia, including export promotion, ICT and digital technology, agriculture, open innovation, and tourism (simultaneous interpretation between Japanese and Mongolian will be provided).

This forum is a valuable opportunity for Japanese and Mongolian companies to develop business and cooperation between the two countries, and to meet with many Mongolian companies and organizations that are interested in doing business with Japanese companies (interpreters will be available at the venue). (Interpreters will be available at the venue.

In addition, company information can be included in this forum’s brochure on a first-come, first-served basis.

Therefore, the final deadline for participant registration is Sunday, August 11, 2024, but we encourage those who wish to be listed to register as soon as possible.

(The number of companies listed is limited, and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.)

There will also be a reception at 7:00 p.m. on the day of the Forum, near the venue, where you can get to know the Mongolian people in more depth.

The participation fee will be ₮120,000 per person (approx. ¥5,500).

(Includes some soft drinks served. Alcohol not included and can be purchased separately)
