This seminar is designed to help you learn about global careers in the rehabilitation profession.
In the rehabilitation field, it is common to find employment in hospitals and nursing homes.
However, there are people who are active in the world with Japanese rehabilitation skills.
This time, we will have a round-table discussion with JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteers, physical therapists and occupational therapists who are practicing rehabilitation x global careers, and faculty members of the Physical Therapy Department of the Academy of Medical Science about what they felt through the rehabilitation situation in Central Asia.
Lecture content
-First, what are the roles and duties of physical and occupational therapists in Japan?
-What is it like to work abroad? What is the medical and rehabilitation situation like?
-Is it true that Japanese-style rehabilitation is available? What kind of activities are you actually doing overseas?
-About the possibility of a career abroad.
