Networking opportunities with staff from space-related organizations in Asia, Africa, and South America who are participating in JICA issue-specific training programs
The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) will conduct a training program “Capacity Building for Space Technology Utilization Contributing to SDGs” from July 17 to July 30, 2024, for the purpose of promoting space technology utilization in developing countries and space human resource development. This year, 13 trainees from 10 countries, Angola, Gabon, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Philippines, Rwanda, Tunisia, Vietnam, and Paraguay, are scheduled to participate. On this occasion, JICA and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) are co-hosting an exchange event with companies, universities, research institutes, and ministries and agencies, and we would like to take this opportunity to introduce companies and organizations to the trainees and to provide networking opportunities.
