Tokaido Shinkansen Line experiencing heavy delays due to heavy rain. Operation resumes between Odawara and Mishima at 3:40 p.m.

JR Tokai has called for caution as heavy rain has caused significant delays on the Tokaido Shinkansen Line between Tokyo and Hiroshima Stations.

Around noon on June 18, operation was suspended between Odawara and Mishima Stations due to continuous rain reaching the regulation limit, but resumed at 3:40 p.m.
