Emirates Airlines launched Premium Economy Class on its Kansai International Airport – Dubai route on June 11. This is in conjunction with the introduction of the Airbus A380 aircraft.
The company’s A380 aircraft will be equipped with four classes: First, Business, Premium Economy, and Economy. Premium Economy is located at the very front of the main deck and has 56 seats in a 2-4-2 arrangement.
It has leather seats with cushioned leg rests, wood-grained décor that folds into the arms, and a 13.3-inch monitor that can be connected via Bluetooth to your own earphones.
The A380 is currently in service on flights to 15 destinations including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, Sydney, Auckland, Singapore, Mumbai, and Sao Paulo.
