Visa Worldwide Japan will launch the “Visa Wari Osaka Rakuyu Pass” campaign in cooperation with the Osaka Prefectural Tourism Bureau. The period is from July 1 to June 30, 2025.
The “Osaka Rakuyu Pass,” a free pass that allows admission to more than 25 tourist spots with a single QR code, can be purchased with a Visa card from Discover OSAKA (Android/iOS version), a tourism app provided by the Osaka Prefectural Tourism Bureau, for a 10% discount off the regular price during the campaign period.
Discounts are available for the “Osaka Rakuyu Pass 1-day ticket” (2,400 yen) and “Osaka Rakuyu Pass 2-day ticket” (3,000 yen). The pass allows visitors to use various facilities such as Tsutenkaku Tower, the Umeda Sky Building Hanging Garden Observation Deck, and the Tombori River Cruise for one or two consecutive days of their choice, eliminating the hassle of purchasing tickets and waiting in line at the ticket counter.
