NIFTY Onsen, a hot spring and spa information site operated by NIFTY Lifestyle, released “Overnight Hot Spring and Super Public Baths Ranking 2024” on June 26.
Based on the number of clicks on the reservation button for lodging plans from among 7,991 hot springs and bathing facilities (as of May 31, 2024) available for lodging reservations out of 17,044 hot springs and bathing facilities listed on NIFTY Hot Springs. The survey period was from March 1 to May 31.
First place went to Spa & Hotel Maihama Eurasia (13-20 Chidori, Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture) for the third consecutive year. In addition to an open-air bath with free-flowing hot-spring water containing iodine, one of the four most rare types of spring water in Japan, the hotel has seven types of baths, including a reclining bath and attraction bath, and the kero sauna made from precious wood is also popular. The kero sauna made of precious wood is also popular. Many people use this facility in combination with the nearby theme park.
