Congestion is expected to increase on weekdays from around July 11, with particular congestion on July 12 and 26. On July 7, 15, 21, and 28, traffic is recommended to detour around the Mimegi Interchange, which connects the Ikebukuro Line and the Gaikan Expressway, due to the construction work to close the road all day long.
