A Course Full of Autumn Flavors at Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta’s Chinese restaurant Silk Road Garden is offering an autumn-inspired course of its popular Duffy Chinese cuisine! The “Duffy & Friends Falls Sound Invitation” Cantonese Lunch (7,000 yen) will be served at lunch time. The menu includes a wide variety of appetizers that will make your eyes water, sweet and soft Chinese steamed bread, and main dishes such as “Wok-fried salmon and eringi with garlic,” “Deep-fried pork with anzuki sweet vinegar sauce,” and “Szechuan-style braised shrimp and fried bean curd! The dessert “Anno Sweet Potato Brulee with Cinnamon and Walnut Gelato” is also visually appealing, with a three-dimensional depiction of a scene during an outing in the forest on the plate. Also available is the “Duffy & Friends Falls Sound Invitation” special drink (1,500 yen), decorated with autumnal cosmos edible flowers. The flavor, sweet potato syrup and milk tea, evokes the feeling of a fruitful autumn.
