The Westin Hotel Yokohama (4-2-8 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) will extend the sales period of its “Japanese Afternoon Tea with Kurumikko” in collaboration with Kamakura Beniya “Kurumikko” until August 31.
In August, two bags of “Kurumikko Caramel Sauce” will be given away in an original design bag on weekdays only.
For sweets, a total of five items are available, including Kurumicco. Japanese ingredients are combined in the “Kurumicco Caramel Dumplings” accented with sansho (Japanese pepper) and the new menu item “Kurumicco Caramel and Tropical Chocolat with Brown Sugar and Ginger”.
The three savory dishes are “Anago no Sasamaki Sushi”, “Moroko Tofu and Wasabi in Soy Sauce”, and “Oni Lantern (Hozuki) Cheese Salmon”, all of which use summer ingredients.
Drinks will include the summer-only “Kurumikko Caramel Jelly Iced Latte Drink,” as well as free-flowing Sri Lankan Dilmah black tea, hojicha (roasted green tea) and coffee.
The “Ice Cream Selection – with Walnut Caramel” will continue on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and from August 13 to 16.
