Booking Resort has begun taking reservations on its official website for its glamping facility “Hokke-dake Glamping – Izumi no Marika” (4106-12 Oaza Fukanen, Kunitomi-cho, Higashimorogata-gun, Miyazaki Prefecture), which will open on July 27, 2012.

Hokke-Dake Glamping – Izumi no Marika” is a four-building glamping facility that IT Holdings will open in the 35-hectare Hokkadake Park.

Two types of rooms are available: dome tents and cabins with private saunas and water baths, and a dome tent with a dog run is available for one set per day.

Glamping cabins are equipped with four single beds and can accommodate two to four people. A dedicated sauna and water bath are provided.

Dome tents are 7 meters in diameter, air-conditioned inside, and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. The dome tent with dog run is 8 meters in diameter, and amenities for dogs are provided. Each dog will receive one meal of rice made with ingredients produced in Miyazaki Prefecture. Accommodation is free for up to three small dogs and two medium or large dogs.

Each building has individual bathrooms and toilets and is equipped with an all-weather BBQ space. Refrigerators, cooking utensils, shampoo and towels are provided, as well as insect repellant spray and mosquito coils.

For dinner, a BBQ using a gas grill that even beginners can start a fire with a single touch, and a hot sandwich set for breakfast are available.

For meals, visitors can enjoy a BBQ featuring local ingredients, such as Kumamoto Prefecture’s brand-name beef “Akagyu,” which is produced and consumed locally, in a dedicated dining space.

As part of the grand opening celebration, the hotel is also running a campaign offering free accommodation for elementary school students and younger except on specific dates from July 26 to September 30. The regular price is from 14,500 yen per person for a one-bedroom, one-night stay for two persons.
