Snow Peak will release its new Lightweight Taslan Ripstop bag series on August 2. The three models include a backpack, tote bag, and shoulder bag, and are available in two colors: black and olive. The bags feature KONBU, a taslan nylon material developed by Komatsu Matere, which is lightweight but has the durability and weight of cotton canvas. The kelp-like fabric is hard enough to stand on its own even without being loaded. The material is made into a ripstop structure for greater strength.

The outside has a front pocket as well as side pockets on both sides for storing a drink bottle or a folded umbrella. A band with ring dots and buckles is included on the bottom to prevent steaming.
