Yoshida Kaban will release a new color, IRON BLUE, from the TANKER series, which is based on the MA-1 motif of the PORTER bag brand, on August 2.
The elegant color is “iron blue,” a deep shade of traditional Japanese “tetsukon,” and the zipper, pulls, and other parts are gold to complement the iron blue color.
In addition to the existing helmet bag (72,600 yen) and the duffel bag (99,000 yen), which inherits the concept of the “military taste travel series” when it was first launched, there is also a hip bag (46,200 yen), tote bag (72,600 yen), mobile pouch (31,900 yen), Pocket Wallet M (28,600 yen), etc. A total of 40 models will be offered.
In addition, the zipper has been changed to be easier to pull, and improvements have been made such as removable pockets and metal parts that make it harder for the paint to peel off.
Sales will be handled by all POTER STORE stores and the Yoshida Kaban official online store. Yoshida Kaban official online store will start selling from 12:00 pm on August 2.
In cooperation with Toray Industries, TANKER has succeeded in mass-producing the world’s first 100% plant-derived nylon, and has been producing a series of products using this material since May 2024.
