Route-Inn Japan opened Hotel Route-Inn Rifu (75-1 Shinjinmyoumae, Rifu, Rifu-cho, Miyagi-gun, Miyagi Prefecture) on July 29, 2012. This is the 348th Route-Inn Hotels location and the 14th in Miyagi Prefecture.
The 10-story building has a total of 197 rooms, including single rooms and deluxe twin rooms. The building is also equipped with a natural hot spring bath, “Tabijin-no-yu”. Guests can also use the breakfast buffet, which offers more than 30 items from the Japanese and Western menus, free of charge (1,100 yen per person for visitors).
Located about 13 minutes on foot from Rifu Station on the JR Tohoku Main Line and about 5 minutes by car from the Rifu-Naka Interchange on the Sanriku Expressway, it has easy access to the Sekisui Heim Super Arena (Grandy 21) and the AEON MALL Shin-Rifu, one of the largest malls in Tohoku.
To celebrate the opening, a double point campaign is being conducted until August 31, where customers can choose from either “Ponta points” or “d-points”.
