JAL and Tajima Airport are supporting travel in the Tajima area of Hyogo Prefecture with the “Want to see… Want to eat…” campaign! Want to eat! I want to experience it! Let’s go to Tajima! until March 31.
JAL Dynamic Package (air + lodging) travelers who use the Stork Tajima Airport for both round trip (including connecting flights) and stay at an eligible lodging facility in the Tajima area (Toyooka City, Asago City, Yabu City, Kami Town, and Shinsen Town) for at least one night will receive a subsidy for the cost of the trip.
The subsidy is 5,000 yen per person when departing from Itami Airport, and 8,000 yen per person when departing from Haneda, Shin-Chitose, Aomori, Fukuoka, and Kagoshima Airports. This includes a 1,000 yen coupon for use at souvenir stores and restaurants, and the free Yume Tajima round-trip bus “Tajimaru Premium” (operated on weekends and holidays from April to October and March, normally 500 yen per fare). In addition, visitors can apply for “Tajima Rent-a-Car,” a limited-time option that offers a subsidy of up to 5,000 yen per car.
The Tajima area, located in the northern part of Hyogo Prefecture, is famous for Tajima beef, Matsuba crab, Takeda Castle Ruins, and Kinosaki Hot Springs, as well as Amanohashidate in Kyoto and Tottori Sand Dunes.
