NEXCO East Japan’s Hokkaido Branch Office has launched the “Hokkaido Kanko ETC Hajimete Pass,” a discount fare. The period of use is from October 1 to December 3, and the pass can be used on holidays and national holidays.
This is a discount plan that allows unlimited rides on expressways in Hokkaido for four days only for vehicles equipped or set up with an ETC on-board unit during the applicable period from August 1 to November 30. Applications are accepted through the “Dora Pla” website.
Fares are 7,700 yen for standard cars and 6,200 yen for mini cars and other vehicles (including motorcycles). The fare is more economical than the “HOKKAIDO LOVE! MICHITOKU FURIPASS” (10,700 yen for a standard car, 8,100 yen for a mini car, etc.), which is currently on sale.
As with the Michi Tokufuripass, special offers will also be available for users at approximately 150 locations in Hokkaido, including special plans for accommodations and nearby facilities, and discounts and services at commercial facilities and restaurants, including outlet stores.
The company is also running the “NEXCO East Japan OBE Purchase Subsidy Campaign 2024” until October 31 (the campaign will end when the number of OBEs purchased reaches the planned number).
