The Italian sailing ship Amerigo Vespucci will be in port at the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal (2 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo) from August 25 to 30. This is the first time for the vessel to enter Tokyo.
In conjunction with the Amerigo Vespucci’s arrival, “Villaggio Italia” will be held for five days only from August 26 to 30, offering a free experience of Italian history and culture. Admission is free, and reservations can be made through the official website.
In addition to the boarding experience, during the cruise there will be live music by an Italian naval band and opera singers, screenings of films curated by the Venice International Film Festival, art and other entertainment, menus prepared by renowned chefs at the restaurants, live cooking shows, Italian wines, Italian gelato, and more, Italian gelato, and more.
