Morimoto will hold the nation’s first demonstration sales of its butter sandwich “Haskap Jewelry” at Hokkaido product exhibitions in the Keio Department Store Shinjuku and JR Nagoya Takashimaya.

Haskap Jewelry is a cake-like sweet consisting of Hokkaido haskap jam and butter cream sandwiched between cookies and trimmed with milk chocolate.

At each location, visitors can purchase freshly made Haskap Jewelry Nouveau, a limited-time set of three different flavors made from freshly harvested haskap from farms in Atsuma, Chitose, and Furano, as well as the event’s limited flavors, haskap chocolate and milk chocolate, from a single piece.
