On August 28, Ace released the Checker Frame LTD, a limited edition model of the Checker Frame line from the Japanese travel bag brand PROTECA.
There are two types of capacity: 35L and 98L. The two colors are inspired by the seasonal hues of Hokkaido’s mountains. They will be available at Ace’s directly managed stores, online stores, and department stores nationwide.
Lightweight, deformation-resistant magnesium alloy is used for the frame to enhance sealing and protection of the luggage.
The casters are “Silent Casters” and “Bearon Wheels” with high-durability chrome steel bearings for quiet and smooth running.
Equipped with a “magic stop” that allows the wheels to be fixed with a hand-held switch to prevent unexpected running on trains, etc.
The main body has a square design for maximum luggage storage, and the left and right cargo compartments have separate zipper closures to prevent cargo spillage.
