Municipalities in Tokyo have issued evacuation orders (Alert Level 4) and evacuation orders (Alert Level 3) for the elderly and others in some areas at risk of landslides, flooding, and flooding due to heavy rain and other factors (as of August 30).
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s disaster prevention website, evacuation orders were issued to 42 households in Koganei City, 3 in Nishi-Tokyo City, 11,505 in Fuchu City, 141 in Suginami Ward, 1,998 in Setagaya Ward, 9909 in Mitaka City, 449 in Chofu City, 48,863 in Hachioji City, 50,404 in Machida City, 60,000 in Tama City 5,461 households. Evacuation orders were issued to 2,233 households in Inagi City and 4,502 households in Higashimurayama City.
