Nekuino and Seibu Railway will gradually introduce “toreluna,” a service that provides free sanitary napkins in private women’s restrooms at Tokorozawa and Ikebukuro stations, starting September 20.

The decision to introduce this service was based on the needs and support for the service that had been demonstrated in advance at Seibu Railway stations. This is the first full-scale introduction of this service to women’s restrooms inside railroad station ticket gates among major private railway companies in the Kanto region.

Stickers are placed in private rooms where Toreluna is installed. By launching the dedicated application “toreluna” (Android/iOS version) on your smartphone and scanning the QR code on the device screen in the private restroom, you can receive one sanitary napkin (up to 7 per month).
