Marunouchi Hotel (1-6-3 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will celebrate the 100th anniversary of its opening and the 20th anniversary of the relocation and opening of Marunouchi Oazo by offering special anniversary gifts and special anniversary items at its restaurants and bars. The event will run from October 1 to November 30.
The French restaurant Pomme d’Adam on the 8th floor will offer a chef’s recommended dinner course that includes appetizers using “Marunouchi honey” and roasted olive beef, which is characterized by the high quality of meat that Kagawa Prefecture is proud of. The price is 13,310 yen per person.
Japanese restaurant Daishiman Tsubakizushi on the 7th floor will offer Kaiseki “Yukitsubaki” as a Kaiseki course using vegetables from the Kanazawa Market in Ishikawa Prefecture and fish from Kanazawa Port, which are purchased directly from the market. The price is 17,000 yen per person.
Daian Club, a teppanyaki restaurant on the 7th floor, will offer a steak dinner featuring Kobe beef loin (150g), which is characterized by its tender meat and smooth, fine texture. The steak is grilled by a skilled chef to maximize the original flavor of the meat, and the sound and aroma of the grilling process can also be enjoyed. The price is 28,000 yen per person.
In addition, the special 20th anniversary offer of Marunouchi Oazo’s relocation and opening will include a one-drink service at Pomme d’Adam, Daishiman Tsubakizushi, and Daian Club.
Le Connaisseur, a cigar store bar and cafe on the 7th floor, will prepare 20-year-old whiskey and rum to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The lineup includes Old Malt Cask Benriach 20 years old (5,500 yen per glass), Dictador Episodio 20 years old American Oak Cask (2,500 yen per glass), Dictador Capituro 20 years old (3,800 yen per glass), and Taylor Tunney Port 20 years old (4,000 yen per glass).
