UNIQLO to open Shinjuku flagship store on the 25th. Lineup includes limited-edition Godzilla T-shirts, local collaboration T-shirts, and products for the U.S. and Europe that have not yet been released in Japan.

UNIQLO will open its global flagship store “UNIQLO Shinjuku Main Store” on October 25. It will be located at 3-29-1 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, on the former site of BICQLO.

The store will offer an extensive lineup of women’s, men’s, children’s, and baby products on the first three floors (approximately 1,200 tsubo) and aims to become a store that can only be found in Shinjuku, a city bustling with visitors from Japan and abroad.

On the same day, the Shinjuku main store will release a limited edition “Godzilla 70th Anniversary UT” (1990 yen), as well as T-shirts (1990 yen and up) and tote bags (1990 yen and up) created in collaboration with eight companies: Oiwake Dango Honpo, Kanro, Shinjuku Suehirotei, Shinjuku Kano, Shinjuku Nakamuraya, Sekaido, Nisshin Foods, and Bunmeido Tokyo, and the “UTme! T-shirts (1990 yen) and tote bags (from 1990 yen) will be on sale.

The store will offer a “Shinjuku Main Store Special Collection,” featuring actors Haru Ayase and Kohei Matsushita wearing autumn/winter season fashions in the store’s proposed coordination. A special selection of products for Europe and the United States, which are not available in Japan, will be sold exclusively at the UNIQLO Shinjuku flagship store and online starting October 25.

At the entrance on the first floor at the time of the opening, a display of “cashmere sweaters” made of high quality material, available in more than 30 colors this season and priced at 9,990 yen, will be on display. UNIQLO FLOWER,” which sells seasonal flowers, will also add color.

UNIQLO COFFEE, which can be tasted along with local sweets, will be located on the second floor, and the third floor will feature the “RE.UNIQLO STUDIO” embroidery and clothing repair service in addition to the “UTme!
