Tokyo Station Hotel (1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will celebrate its 110th anniversary in November 2025 by collaborating with LIBERTY, a famous long-established department store in London.
The centerpiece of the project is the first concept room in a Japanese hotel surrounded by beautiful LIBERTY fabrics. The two rooms will be decorated with LIBERTY wallpaper, curtains, cushions, and carpets in the European classic style of the Tokyo Station Hotel.
The guest lounge “Atrium” on the 4th floor will offer afternoon tea with an original pouch made of LIBERTY fabric only for this collaboration. Three types of pouches with different designs on the back and front were produced. The pouch will be presented one at a time for different periods of time, so those who want to have the same pouch are encouraged to repeat.
The space under the stairs in the atrium has been rearranged to LIBERTY showroom specifications. In addition to being used as a reference for interior design, it will also be a space where guests and afternoon tea guests can casually enjoy taking photos and other activities.
In addition, the bar and cafe “Camellia” on the second floor offers cocktails inspired by LIBERTY’s beautiful design.
Details of each will be announced later on the hotel’s official website.
