Nippon Travel Agency has launched a special tour in Kanazawa, offering a special course at the famous Japanese restaurant “Ban-Yon-Ryo-Ryo” in Ebisu, Tokyo.
The event is part of the Hokuriku Destination Campaign to be held from October to December by the JR Group and the three Hokuriku prefectures (Ishikawa, Toyama, and Fukui), and “Yanno Ryoron Kanazawa” (2-25-19 Nomachi, Kanazawa, Ishikawa), currently closed, will be open for two days just for this tour. At the 12-seat counter, customers will be able to enjoy dishes prepared in front of their eyes by the owner, Masahiro Kasahara, using seasonal ingredients from the Hokuriku region.
The “Luncheon Party” one-day course (from/to Kansai only) and the “Dinner Party” one-night two-day course (from/to Kansai/Chugoku/Tokyo), both of which include a visit to the Ohi Art Museum on the first day. The second day includes a visit to the Naohiko Noguchi Sake Brewing Institute, lunch in Kaga City, and a Kutani pottery store.
