Tobu Real Estate opened T-home SAI (2-18-7 Narihira, Sumida-ku, Tokyo), an extended-stay hotel located a minute walk from Tokyo Skytree Town.
This is the fourth facility in the “T-home” series being developed in the Oshiage area, and features reasonably priced accommodations for large families and groups. The rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, and other appliances and tableware.
T-home Sai consists of a total of three rooms divided into two wings, the west wing and the east wing. The west wing, “Room W1” (maximum 6 persons), has a Cool Japan image, the west wing, “Room W2” (maximum 6 persons), has a warm Japanese style, and the east wing, “Room E3” (maximum 8 persons), has a harmony of Northern European and Japanese modern styles.
The Japanese restaurant “Umino” will be located on the first floor of the East Wing. The restaurant will serve dishes made with seasonal ingredients, served on artist’s plates at a natural wood counter.
