Casio will release the EDIFICE ECB-2000HR, a collaboration model with Honda Racing, on November 15. The price is 55,000 yen, and reservations will be accepted from November 1.
HRC and EDIFICE have been collaborating on products since 2018. This time, the theme is the tricolor, which symbolizes the racing spirit of HRC, and the original design incorporates red for “human passion for victory,” blue for “advanced technical capabilities based on theory,” and white to represent “all customers who love motor sports.
The carbon bezel markings, dial and its periphery are decorated in red, blue and white, and the metal ring is engraved with the thoughts behind each color in English letters.
Both sides of the band are made of Alcantara, a material used in the interior of high-end sports cars, and are decorated with the HRC logo patch and laser-marked with drawings of the valves and connecting rods of Honda racing engines.
The dial and back cover feature the double name logo of HRC and EDIFICE, while the Honda logo is laid out on the bottom of the case, and a special package with exclusive design is included.
In addition, the watch is equipped with a mobile link function via Bluetooth, and when connected to the dedicated “CASIO WATCHES” application, the world time can be set easily and intuitively in addition to automatic time correction. The watch is also equipped with Tough Solar, which is powered by sunlight or fluorescent light, and a double LED light that illuminates the dial and digital display.
