Japan Net Tourism has launched a “Mediterranean Cruise” traveling on MSC World Europa.
The tour, which has served more than 90,000 passengers in Japan, has been customized so that passengers can enjoy the Mediterranean, the home of cruises, in safety and comfort. The tour will visit six cities in four countries: Italy (Genoa, Civitavecchia, Messina), Malta (Valletta), Spain (Barcelona), and France (Marseille).
Launched in 2022, MSC “World Europa” is a 6,762-passenger, 333.3-meter-long, 21-deck large cruise ship, the first liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship from MSC Cruises, and an eco-ship equipped with state-of-the-art environmental protection technology.
The 104-meter-long promenade, half of which is an atrium, offers a sense of freedom. Half of the promenade is an LED screen where visitors can enjoy a variety of effects. The Spiral,” a 76-meter-high slide, takes passengers from Deck 22 to the Promenade Deck.
The “Japanet Cruise’s Original Selected Places Tour” is filled with the staff’s specialties. The highlights are the “10 World Heritage Sites” tour of 10 locations, including the Colosseum in Italy, St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican City, and the Sagrada Familia in Spain.
The company designed the tour to be wheelchair-accessible to maximize the enjoyment of the trip and to reduce the burden on the body. The meals on the tours are prepared with local specialties, allowing passengers to enjoy the Mediterranean not only in terms of sightseeing but also in terms of “food. The tour of the ports of call is included in the tour price, so there is no need for additional procedures or payments.
