Gran Vista Hotel & Resort will hold a special Christmas dinner buffet at Kobe Suma Sea World (1-3-5 Wakamiya-cho, Suma-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture). The period is from December 21 to December 25.
This plan allows you to enjoy a meal at the restaurant “Blue Ocean Orca Stadium” after closing time while viewing orcas up close. The menu includes “Roast Beef Loin of Hyogo Prefecture Beef” served with sautéed foie gras and truffle sauce, “Roasted Whole Tajima Chicken”, an essential Christmas dish, and “Gusoku-ni”, a garnish made with blue crab and lobster.
The official hotel, Kobe Suma Sea World Hotel, will offer a limited Christmas stay plan with a course dinner. The course menu features seafood from the Seto Inland Sea and ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture, such as hairy crab, sea urchin, Awaji Island torafugu (blowfish), and smoked Awaji beef with filet mignon. The children’s course also includes clam chowder and Maruai strawberry parfait.
