The Lounge by Aman will offer a reissued version of the afternoon tea that was popularly known as the Black Afternoon Tea when it first opened as the “10th Anniversary Afternoon Tea.
With black as the theme color, the store offers creative sweets and savories such as the high-heeled chocolates on the top of the stand, chocolate financier with brown sesame and citrus fruits, brown sugar and kumquat petit puffs, and bamboo charcoal macaroons. For beverages, there are more than 15 varieties, including the “Tea Star Collection” using tea leaves from the German tea brand “Ronnefeldt,” and more than 30 varieties including Japanese tea and coffee.
