Common facilities in guest rooms
APA Hotel’s original “Cloud fit Grand” beds have been installed (except in some rooms). Guests are advised to store suitcases and other large luggage in the space under the bed.
Lighting switches, air conditioning control panel (only in some rooms), power supply, etc. are integrated at the bedside. There is also a “good night switch” that can turn off all lights except bathroom lights, a power outlet, a USB charging port (Type-C/Type-A, max. 20W), and an HDMI port for connecting to a TV. HDMI cables are not available for rent.
Each room is equipped with a 50-inch or larger LCD TV. APA Digital Information (ADI) is installed to check restaurant hours, bathhouse congestion, laundry usage, elevator congestion, etc.
It also has a “cast” and “mirroring” function that allows users to enjoy the continuation of videos and music they are viewing on their smartphones on their TVs.
Internet access is available free of charge through “Wi-Fi 6” in all rooms; IDs and passwords are provided on the TV screen, and actual communication speeds measured in a room on the 38th floor were 58 Mbps downlink and 36 Mbps uplink.
The desk is equipped with regular and universal power outlets, wired LAN, electric kettle, telephone, and accessory tray. The desk drawer is equipped with a tea set, disposable paper cups, hair dryer, and tissue paper. The refrigerator is empty and free to use.
Drinking water will no longer be provided in plastic bottles, but instead water servers (cold and hot) will be installed in the elevator halls on each floor. Guests are advised to use the dedicated pitchers or their own bottles in their guestrooms. Guests can also drink water from the faucets in their guestrooms.
There are no steps at the entrance to the bathroom, and face and bath towels are provided in different colors for two or more people. The shower head uses “Bollina,” which features ultra-fine bubbles that come out in bubbles of less than 0.001 mm, and the bath is filled with hot water at a pre-set water volume.
The kagami are equipped with hooks for hanging jackets, backpacks, umbrellas, and other items. In addition to yukata and obi, a haori is available for indoor wear. Slippers are available in two types: regular and disposable.
