On December 10, Budenoki will pre-sell “Piyorikatanuki Chocolat,” a gâteau chocolat that can be cut into molds, featuring “Piyorin,” an original sweet of JR Tokai Food Service.
Priced at 648 yen per piece and 1,944 yen for a set of three, they will be available at PLUSTA Nagoya Chuo, which opens on December 10, and in the concourse of JR Nagoya Station.
A gâteau chocolat with bittersweet fondant with grains of sugar between the white meringue dough, which can be molded into a silhouette of Piyorin by slowly pushing it out from behind or removing the dough around it with a fork.
