Orange Page will hold the first exhibition of original drawings of “Suica’s Penguin” to commemorate the 110th anniversary of Tokyo Station. Also, Suica’s Penguin limited-time store will be open, selling goods and snacks recommended as Tokyo souvenirs. Both events will be held at the event space “Square Zero” in the ticket gate on the first basement floor of JR Tokyo Station, and will last for three days from December 20 to 22.
At the exhibition corner, visitors will be able to view up close three new original illustrations of Suica’s penguin “Railway Series” (crew, salute, and connection) by the creator, Mr. Chiiru Sakazaki. As a special event, the original illustrations will also be sold by lottery. The application period is from December 20 to January 23, 2025, and the dedicated application form will be announced at a later date at the venue and on the official X (@TrainOrangepage).
In the store corner, in addition to 11 items on sale, including stationery, stuffed toys, and a Tokyo Station Building design “storage-type eco-bag” (1,650 yen), there are also “Trump icing cookies” (4 types, 1,620 yen each) and “chocolate box” (3 types, 1,080 yen each), available only at the limited-time store. Also available in limited quantities are “original shoppers” (260 yen each) in three patterns with different expressions, including a train series and a penguin holding a bouquet of flowers.
As a purchase privilege, a “Suica’s Penguin Original Sticker” (not for sale) will be given away with a purchase of 5,000 yen or more per account including tax. The first 600 purchasers per day will receive the sticker.
