East Japan Railway Company (JR East) will launch the second campaign, “Weekday Hita Hita Tabi at Recommended Stations,” in which JRE POINT can be used to save on limited express tickets on conventional lines to “Recommended Stations,” stations that employees recommend during this season. The period is limited to weekdays from January 14 to March 31, 2025.
Eligible stations are Kamisuwa, Kofu, Mito, Atami, Nakanojo, and Katsuura. Conventional train ticketless express tickets (JRE POINT privilege), which can be exchanged for reserved-seat express tickets with accumulated JRE POINT, are available at a more economical number of points than usual.
The application period for express tickets is from 10:00 a.m. one month prior to the boarding date until the departure time of the train (December 14 to March 31, 2025).
