Odakyu Electric Railway will sell a limited number of 300 Limited Express Romance Car GSE (Type 70000) premium XR cards on Makuake from December 13 to January 13, 2025.
The price is 33,000 yen, with an optional “rare number priority right” for 22,000 yen, which can be used for one-digit, zoromatico, and kiri-number serial numbers.
Premium XR cards are made of metal and laser-engraved with “Limited Express Romance Car GSE (Type 70000)”. The only color available is black. Card size is 54 x 85.6 x 0.5 mm.
Original XR content is available only for card holders, including a 360-degree peek into the crew quarters and driver’s cab, special announcements by current crew members, and a music horn that you can sound yourself.
If this project is successful, the company also plans to make it into a series, and is considering granting voting rights for the next proposed project only to those who have purchased XR cards.
Products are expected to be delivered by the end of March 2025.
