Ltd. and Japan Entertainment Inc. held a press conference in Tokyo on January 28, announcing that “JUNGLIA OKINAWA,” a large-scale theme park project currently underway in northern Okinawa, will open on July 25, 2025. The opening date, which had been undecided, as well as an outline of the park, including admission fees and attractions, and its economic ripple effects, were explained by Takeshi Morioka, CEO of Sword Co. At the same time, JTB announced an official marketing partnership with Japan Entertainment. Travel packages including admission tickets to Jungleia Okinawa will be available for pre-sale tomorrow, January 29, at JTB outlets and travel reservation centers, prior to sales on the official Jungleia Okinawa website (see below). The concept of Jangria Okinawa is “Power Vacance! (Power Vacance!). (Power Vacance!), a theme park where visitors can experience excitement and luxury not found in the city, set in the overwhelming wilderness of northern Okinawa, home to the World Natural Heritage site of Yanbaru, which is full of mystery and vitality. The 60-hectare site will feature 22 attractions, 15 food and beverage facilities, 10 retail facilities, and more.
