Mitsubishi Jisho Hotels & Resorts has decided on the hotel name “The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Naha” for the “Kumoji 1-chome Hotel Project (tentative name) in Naha City. It will be located at 1-11 Kumoji, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, and other locations. It will be the first opening of the Royal Park Hotels’ “THE Series” in Okinawa, and is scheduled to open in January 2026.
The store will be located in the new headquarters building of the Bank of the Ryukyus, which is currently undergoing reconstruction, and adjacent to Kencho-mae Station on the Yui Rail Okinawa Urban Monorail Line. It will be located close to Kencho-mae Station on the Yui Rail Okinawa Urban Monorail Line, and also close to Kokusai-dori Avenue. The hotel has 13 floors above ground and one below, with a total of 257 guest rooms. In addition to three restaurants, the hotel has a bar, swimming pool, gym, and executive lounge.
Spatially designed around the concept of “nurtured by the islands of Ryukyu,” the space will use artwork, furniture, and music to accompany the lifestyle and spirit of the Ryukyu Islands, and to allow visitors to feel the energy of the island’s land and creatures.
