4PLA” directly connected to Odori Station in Sapporo is back! Three stores on the first floor will open on April 25th, and a bar for lunchtime drinks and offices will follow in the future.

Kajima Corporation will open three stores on the first floor of the commercial facility “4PLA” on April 25 in Sapporo 4-chome Place, which is being developed in Minami 1-jo Nishi 4-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, in advance. The grand opening is scheduled for the summer of 2025.

Sapporo 4-Chome Place is a complex directly connected to Odori Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway, and will be built on the site of 4-Chome Plaza, a fashion building nicknamed “4pla” that will remain popular until 2022. The floors consist of the commercial facility “4PLA” from the first basement to the third floor, and offices from the fourth to the thirteenth floor.

ODORiBA Odori Bar” will be located on the basement floor of 4PLA, where people can have lunchtime drinks, and “Machi no Living” will be a common space on the first and third floors, both indoors and outdoors, that anyone can easily use.
