Tokyo DisneySea is holding the Food & Wine Festival from April 8 to June 30.
This event is a food festival that will bring smiles to your faces as you eat and drink in the exotic atmosphere that is unique to DisneySea. This time, we purchased the new flavor “Scallop Garlic Butter Popcorn” (regular box, 400 yen), which first appeared on April 7 to coincide with the event. I would like to give an honest review of its flavor.
The place to get it is the “popcorn wagon” in front of Scuttle’s scooter at Mermaid Lagoon.
After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I picked up the box and could smell the garlic aroma! And when you put it in your mouth, you get a powerful garlic flavor. It is truly the best snack type popcorn flavor to go with alcohol. In addition, the delicious flavor of scallops spreads softly in the mouth afterwards, making it a great snack for children as well as for drinking. This is sure to be very popular.
The new flavor of popcorn is now also available at the Popcorn Wagon (in front of Liberty Landing Diner) on the American Waterfront.
