AIRDO and Solaseed Air have signed an agreement on the establishment of a joint holding company, based on the “Basic Agreement” signed on May 31, 2021, which was resolved at the board of directors meeting of each company held in late May 2022.
The agreement is subject to a resolution at the general shareholders’ meetings of both parties scheduled to be held in late June.
The two companies, which have a philosophy of contributing to local communities as “Wings of Hokkaido” and “Wings of Kyushu/Okinawa,” decided to establish a joint holding company in order to achieve early recovery and sustainable growth of their financial bases damaged by the effects of the new coronavirus infection.
