The Indonesian government began operating a new immigration procedure, “All Indonesia,” on September 1.
The pilot operation had started at some airports, but after September 1, all international passengers arriving at Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport, Surabaya Juanda Airport, and Denpasar Ngurah Rai Airport will be required to register their electronic forms using All Indonesia. The system will also be introduced at all domestic airports and ports after October 1.
All Indonesia integrates the existing Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD), Health Quarantine Declaration (SATUSEHAT Health Pass), and Arrival Card, which registers the destination address and other information, and can be entered three days prior to arrival in Indonesia. The QR code must be presented at the time of entry into the country for inspection.
Travelers from Japan need a separate Indonesian entry visa (E-VISA, E-VOA), which is charged, but All Indonesia itself can be used free of charge.
