JR West Group will newly offer the “Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai Commemorative ICOCA + Synthetic Leather Pass Case” set online for visitors to the Expo. The price is the same as that of the ICOCA sold at the venue, 3,200 yen per set (including 500 yen SF charge and 500 yen deposit; delivery fee is not included).
Limited to 300 pieces per day and will be sold from 1:00 p.m. each day from September 22-28. Purchase is limited to WESTER members and limited to one per person. To access the sales site, you will need an “access pass code” that can be found at the Expo site. The access code is valid until 6:59 p.m. on the day following the day of the visit.
To purchase, access the product detail page two hours prior to the start of sales to enter the waiting room, and after 1:00 p.m., a numbered number will be issued, which will be the official order of information. Numbers issued in the waiting room are not on a first-come, first-served basis, but on a lottery basis, and if you enter the room by 12:59 p.m., you will be eligible for the lottery (if accessed after 1:00 p.m., the lottery will be on a first-come, first-served basis).
Access to the official product detail page is required within 10 minutes of being directed to the page, and after that time, the line will be restarted from the beginning. Products are secured at the time of order completion, not when they are placed in the cart, so be sure to have your WESTER member ID and password and the credit card required for payment ready in advance.
