On June 17, the Monaco National Tourist Board released a Japanese landing page on its official website.
In addition to the official website of the home country, we have selected useful information for Japanese visitors and localized not only the language but also the content of the pages. In addition to providing the latest information on entry restrictions and the local area, the site introduces tourist attractions such as hotels, gourmet food, activities, and shopping, as well as travel tips for enjoying Monaco even more.
Monaco is gaining popularity as a luxury resort in the Mediterranean Sea, and although it is the second smallest country in the world, it has a wide variety of places of interest and leisure facilities. In cooperation with a travel agency, the company plans to add recommended tours to its website in the future.
The Bureau also re-launched its app “Monaco Travel Map & Tourist Guide” with new features and information. This is an updated version of the digital app that was created in 2019 due to the lack of Japanese-language information sources and guidebooks on Monaco, and can be used for pre-departure planning, local guidebooks, and as a map (GPS function). It also has a new function that allows users to save their favorite places to visit and easily share information about Monaco with people around them through social networking services.
